HOW DO I BOOK MY EVENT?

A SIGNED CONTRACT, AS WELL AS a 50% non-refundable deposit for all services IS REQUIRED AT THE TIME OF BOOKING. NO DATE WILL BE HELD WITHOUT A DEPOSIT. THE REMAINING BALANCE IS DUE TO 10-14 days PRIOR TO THE WEDDING DAY.

WHAT IS YOUR TRAVEL FEE?

$1.45 per mile up to 100 miles (round trip) from Artist location will BE FIGURED INTO THE TOTAL COST OF THE SERVICES. IF A SECOND MAKE UP ARTIST IS REQUIRED OR REQUESTED, THE TRAVEL FEE WILL increase per artist. IF TRAVEL TIME EXCEEDS two HOURS one way, 4 hours round trip, day rates will apply. INQUIRE FOR DESTINATION and elopement package PRICING.

WHAT DOES YOUR TRAVEL FEE COVER?

time away from studio, DRIVe TIME, GAS, EXPENSES, TRAVEL, MILEAGE, AND MAINTENANCE FOLLOWING

CALL TIMES

CALL TIMES FOR ALL ACTORS, MODELS, PAGEANT PARTICIPANTS, AND CASTING CALLS MUST ARRIVE PROMPTLY ON TIME, AS THERE ARE STRICT SCHEDULING TIME SLOTS FOR EACH PARTICIPANT. any persons that are late will have their session shortened due to scheduling times.

WHEN IS THE SECOND MAKEUP ARTIST NECESSARY?

IF THE NUMBER OF PEOPLE REQUESTING MAKE UP SERVICES ON THE WEDDING DAY, EXCEEDS FIVE(5) A SECOND MAKEUP ARTIST MAY BE REQUIRED. THIS IS TO BE CONFIRMED at the time of contract signing. A fee of $300 WILL BE APPLIED for each artist and this will be added TO the TOTAL COST .
